new building

Currently, FCC is raising money for a new building.  The new facility will consist of an emergency shelter, emergency housing units, and an office complex.  Once the doors of the new facility are opened, an estimated 400 or more local persons who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault will be able to seek free and confidential services, annually.

FUNDING PYRAMIDdivider
Our Goals for Funding

We are happy to announce that the Family Crisis Centers has been awarded a $600,000 Community Development Block Grant.  This is the largest grant ever awarded to the City of Sioux Center from the Iowa Department of Economic Development.  We have also been awarded an Iowa Finance Authority Grant in the amount of $90,000.  Now we have started our Capital Campaign Drive to complete our next goal.
